Ask Smart, Listen Hard, Strike Fast
As a Civilian (Non-Spy), you have two jobs: Find the Spy and Protect the Location. It's a delicate balance. If you're too obvious, the Spy wins. If you're too vague, you look like the Spy. This guide will teach you how to walk that line perfectly.
📈 Detective Skills:
Your questions are your weapon. Use them to signal to other Civilians that you are "one of them" while confusing the Spy.
Ask about something specific to the location's experience, not its physical appearance.
Address the other player as if they are in their role.
Spies are under pressure. Look for these common stress signals.
If someone takes too long to answer a simple question, they might be frantically scanning the location list.
Spies love answers that apply to everything.
If someone gives three generic answers in a row, suspect them.
Watch for players who just repeat the sentiment of the previous speaker. They are trying to blend in without adding new information.
Don't rush! You need a unanimous vote. If you accuse too early without evidence, you create chaos.
Instead of stopping the game, use your question to pressure them.
If they crumble under pressure, then you stop the game and vote.
